Yorkshire Tourist Board inspected - 3 Stars. Sleeps 5 adults (plus cot). Three upstairs bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin, 1 single. Ground floor facilities and bathroom upstairs. Numerous mobility aids. Picture windows. Large sunny garden with
conservatory, decking, patio, barbecue, table and chairs. Includes free access to Groves Coppice, a 5 acre private woodland behind the cottage.
