Groves Dyke is a 3 bedroom house, with a conservatory, large garden and a 5 acre private woodland. The gardens and woodland are a haven for birds and other wildlife and green energy is used in the form of solar panels to pre-heat the full gas central heating.

Groves Dyke was awarded under the National Accessibility Scheme (NAS) with Mobility Level 1 and has been adapted to make it more suitable for less mobile guests, with all essential facilities on the ground floor and with just 3 steps up to the front door.

Groves Dyke Holiday Cottage has a unique location in the heart of the North York Moors National Park, just three miles from the historic port of Whitby and the Heritage Coast near the village of Sleights.
