Unique Walking Sticks – designed by Nature and crafted by hand.
From a sustainably managed wood near Whitby, North Yorkshire.
Sticks, staffs, poles, priests, thumb sticks and Harry Potter-Esk magic wands, all created without any clamping, forcing, glueing or steaming.
When coppicing in the wood or hedge-laying around the property, I sometimes find a stem or a branch with an interesting shape. Put aside for a year to season, it is then sanded down and polished with a light oil to become a Unique Walking Stick, with a distinctive character of its very own. No two sticks are ever identical and few of them are straight.
Unique Walking Sticks of all shapes and sizes (rarely straight) are available exclusively from Dunsley Hall Hotel, Dunsley, Whitby. My thanks to them for donating 100% of proceeds to Macmillan Cancer Relief.
Sticks can be cut to length, if required – but only shorter!
Plain sticks @ £6. Fancy sticks @ £10. Ornate sticks @ £15. (Includes ferrule).
